Susy Zazzarino-Web Developer

My name is Susy Zazzarino and I am a web developer. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I have worked for many years in retail for Gucci in both the Rome and Milan Airports. It was a fabulous journey, but I had decided that it was time to do what I had actually dreamt of for years...web developing and designing. I took on web development studies and received a developer's diploma in 2022. HTML and CSS are my best strengths, but I also adore JavaScript. I have also learned PHP, MySql, C# along with other JavaScript libraries. I am a born artist, and I have a sense for design and beauty. I am also a Creative Cloud Certified Associate, specializing in Photoshop.

A brief descritpion of my studies

My continuous navigation through the internet eventually brough me to discover what exactly was behind a website, and this is when Web Designing and coding came into my interests. At first I attended a Web Designing school called "PC Academy" in downtown Rome back in 2015 and obtained an Adobe Certified Associates Certificate for Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver. Until today, I only use Photoshop and Illustrator for my designs. Then in 2022 I attended a coding school at the "CEFI Institute of Information Technology" and must say that this was probably the best part of Web Development, creating a website from scratch which is very interesting and satisfying.

Angular builds internet applications easily and I first learned Angular through W3Schools online. Angular is one of my favorite languages to use with any JavaScript project.
node
More of a server-side framework, and is used best when using a lot of data, but it is also used in frontend. I also learned Node through W3schools.
bootstrap
As part of my courses at the CEFI Institute of Information Technology, I learned Bootstrap 5 but honestly I never use it for my websites, as I prefer using HTML.
jquery
Also learned JQuery in school, it is a very common and popular JavaScript library. It is preferably used in mobile apps.
photoshop
The number one software I used with my Web designing course, Photoshop is pixel based, mainly used for manipulating photos, but I prefer Photoshop for just about everything, from text to designs and drawings.
ilustrator
Another software I used for web designing is illustrator which is a vector based program, good for shapes, patterns, creative backgrounds and drawings. Much less complex to use than Photoshop.
